The 4 pillars of home herbalism with herbalist and author Kami McBride

I have shared several ways to capitalize on the benefits of incredibly useful medicinal herbs, like yellow dock, dandelion, and arnica, and have shared some strategies on how to use herbs to help address specific health issues like sugar addiction, fatigue, and hormone balance.

However, to get the most benefit from the gift herbs have to give, it’s important to learn the role herbs play in our every-day lives.  This is a topic my teacher, clinical herbalist Kami McBride, has mastered!  She has taught me some incredibly amazing ways to use herbs in my daily life that have improved my self-care, improved the culture of peace, and improved the health in myself and my home.

I am so honored and excited to share with you her amazing tips and strategies on how to bring herbs into our daily lives on my most recent podcast episode!   Kami is so passionate and fun, and we had a blast talking about the 4 pillars of home herbalism.  I know you will love it!  (AND, If you get to the podcast by July 27 2017, you can also sign up for her awesome free herbal remedies video masterclass series!)
