How to start a school garden program that lasts
One of the scariest things I have ever done is face my fears and follow my dreams to start a school garden program in my community. Even scarier was not running away when garden after garden failed to keep going at school after school. Now, after many failures and embarrassments, I have planted over 10 school gardens in my community, and every single one of them is still growing strong!
Recently, Greg Peterson with the Urban Farm podcast interviewed me about my now super successful school garden program, and I divulged all of my secrets and hard lessons about how to create school garden programs that actually last.
